How does hypnotherapy help me quit smoking or vaping?

How many sessions will I need?
Most clients complete the program with one 2–3 hour breakthrough session plus a complimentary follow-up. Every person is different, but this structure has helped many people quit successfully and stay free.
Will I still experience cravings?
Many clients report that their cravings are dramatically reduced or completely gone after their initial session. The program focuses on giving you the tools to manage triggers and build new healthy habits, so you don’t have to rely on willpower alone.
What if I’ve tried to quit before and failed?
That’s very common and it doesn’t mean you can’t succeed. Hypnotherapy works differently from patches, gum, or medications. It addresses the underlying patterns that keep you stuck, helping you finally break free with confidence.
Do you offer a refund if I don’t quit?
Results vary from person to person, and success depends on your commitment to the process. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds. However, your program includes a complimentary follow-up session to give you extra support if you need it. Our goal is to provide every client with the tools, guidance, and confidence to succeed.
